Discover the secrets of French Choux pastry as our expert Pastry Chef Instructor guides you through the art of making perfect eclairs, cream puffs, and more. Don't miss this chance to learn the art of French pastry in a fun and instructive atmosphere.
Be transported to Paris, via the East Village, for an afternoon of learning the art of French Pastry.
In this memorable, hands-on class, you will learn the art of French Choux pastry. Choux has the reputation for being difficult, but it’s surprisingly simple. Our Pastry Chef Instructor will take you through a detailed demonstration, before you will be guided step-by-step in replicating how to make the perfect choux dough, piping, baking and filling to create 4-5 Eclairs and Cream Puffs. Before you know it you will have also learnt the basics to Gougères, Churros, French Cruller Donuts and Choux Beignets.
We provide all the equipment and ingredients, which are easy to find at local markets if you don’t already have them in your home kitchen. Our events are casual and meant to be fun and instructive, not hardcore. This class is designed to be just as fun for the baking enthusiast who wants to be a part of every step as it is for the first-timer who’s happier observing and assisting.
Please arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Please note that guests in parties of 3 or less may be paired with other participants. This class is NOT BYOB and drinks are NOT available for purchase at the venue. You will be provided with a takeaway container to enjoy your food at home after class.
Cancellation or reschedule request has to be made at least 5 business days before the class for groups of less than 6 people and 16 business days for groups of 6 people or more.
For cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected] in order to receive credits for booking a future class. Tickets are non-refundable.
However, you are always welcome to send someone in your place because we understand things could happen.
In any event where a customer wants to cancel their enrollment and is eligible for a full refund, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
