Gnocchi making class was really fun! Learned some expert cooking tips and got some yummy dinner.

The chef was great and the pasta came out delicious. Only downside was that the class size was too large for the space and the equipment provided. This made it challenging for the chef and made it feel a bit rushed. But overall, was a fun experience and I would recommend it to others.

It was great. Carolyn is an excellent instructor. I love being in the class. Good topic of making mozzarella and burrata, we bring them home and was delicious. I love being in the class. Thank you Carolyn

In the age of sanitation... To have signed up and be paired with someone I didnt know was strange. You are grabbing bare handed sticky rice and ingredients. My partner was biting the rice off his fingers. There was no wash station. Then he would grab more rice. It was nasty. Then to eat the contaminated food? Questionable at the least.

Class was great! Very informative and moved at a nice pace, not too slow. Sushi was delicious. My only thing is I wish the sushi had had more ingredients or at least more fish, it was a lot of rice. Would also be nice to BYOB because the hotel drinks were expensive.

1st we (4) arrived 30 minutes late to the lesson. The express bus that was supposed to take us from Staten Island never arrived! We attempted to take another bus then saw the sim 3 was back in route and went back to our original stop so you can imagine the scurry we were in. The chef was upset at our late arrival as it understandably caused a bit of chaos switching seats around to accommodate the 4 late students! We apologized to the group & James but it didn’t make it easier! Chef James was awesome. He was at each station and taught the class well. Very entertaining! I would only ask to have left the class with written recipes as in the past. Thank you chef James and sorry to have been late! We certainly didn’t want to miss anything!

Good class overall. Instructor was very knowledgeable and took his time showing us the steps from start to finish.

I was not disappointed. I am a dillatant Baker, lover of chocolate. I want without expectations and learned more than I thought I would. The teacher was quite good.

We had an absolutely amazing time in the ramen making class. Everything was explained in a way that will make it easy for me to repeat this recipe at home. I look forward to experimenting with my new ramen making skills. Thank you Cynthia!
