A Classic Valentine's

Please note, this is not a class but an event featuring dinner, music, and drink pairing.

Make your Valentine’s day the best one ever. Reserve a place for two at this very special dinner and jazz event at our private members’ club. The evening features a “duet” tasting menu collaboration by guest chefs Matt Rojas (Eleven Madison Park, Rouge et Blanc) and Gabriele Riva (Nobu), and a live jazz performance by rising star Wayne Tucker. Dinner includes a red and white Valentine’s wine pairing from esteemed winery Tablas Creek Vineyards, as well as parting chocolate gifts by Amedei. Gentlemen are advised that a jacket is required for entry.

Jazz Artist Wayne Tucker
Catch a rising star of New York’s jazz scene. Artist and composer Wayne Tucker has played at some of the world’s greatest jazz venues and with many of today’s jazz stars. The New York Times praises Tucker as “a young trumpeter who improvises in careful strings of melody.”

Tablas Creek Pairing
A red and white pairing flight from Tablas Creek Vineyard, named best winery in America, accompanies Valentine’s dinner. Tablas Creek produces signature red and white Rhône blends that are consciously modeled after the Chateau de Beaucastel wines from Chateauneuf du Pape.

Confections by Amedei
Amedei is the only Italian chocolate boutique to have complete supervision over its production process from the cocoa bean to the finished product. Great attention to detail and desire for excellence has earned Amedei the Chocolate Academy of London’s prestigious “Golden Bean” award in the “bean to bar” category for four consecutive years.

Dinner will be held at private club Parlor, located at 286 Spring Street in New York.
