Class Description

Description

"Fill Your Cup(s)" is a social, interactive yoga experience—think “yoga drinking game” with games, icebreakers, storytelling, and dancing with beverage in hand, all through the vehicle of a super fun beginner-friendly yoga class. Bring your friends (and make some new ones!) as you shake off... well, honestly whatever needs shaking off, and turn #selfcare into a #communitycare celebration. *High Five*!

The mission? To inspire joy, cultivate community, and bring you back to yourself. We invite you to laugh, let your hair down, and enjoy this potent union of yoga and social ritual. #fillyourcup(s) This 90-minute event is for both newbies and seasoned yogis alike!

SO, WHAT’S “DRUNK” ABOUT THE ORIGINAL DRUNK YOGA®?

…Only the way in which we “intoxicate” the convention of traditional yoga by making it social for community-building. We believe that #communitycare is the best form of #selfcare, and we do this by infusing uplifting games and clever icebreakers into our beginner-friendly classes.

While we earned worldwide fame for being the first ever yoga company to offer classes that include a beverage in-hand—(often wine, sometimes coffee, and always fun)—we now offer so much more. However you join us, we invite you to let your hair down and enjoy this potent union of yoga and social ritual. #namasteresponsibly

FAQ:

Q: Okay, so this sounds awesome, but I don't like wine. Could I drink something else?

A: Absolutely! While alcoholic beverages other than the wine provided are prohibited from this event, you can absolutely drink a non-alcoholic beverage of your choice! The name of our company sounds provocative, but the "drunk" part of Drunk Yoga® simply implies that we're all about "intoxicating" yogic convention by making it social and interactive. So, you do you, and fill your cup with whatever brings you joy!

Q: I've never tried yoga before, am I going to... you know... make a fool of myself?

A: Of course not. This class is designed to be a "let-your-hair-down-and-smile-while-you-stretch" kind of class. Don't worry about a thing!

Q: Do I need a yoga mat?

A: Yes! Please bring your own yoga mat, as rentals will not be provided for safety purposes.

Q: Can I drink before the class begins?

A: Nope! Again, we're getting "drunk on joy" and a lil' "drunk on community" here, not "drunk on booze"... Sorry, no pre-gaming!

Q: Can I join this event if I'm not vaccinated?

A: Yes--the event takes place in the studio, we're not requiring vaccines for this experience.
