Learn to slice, dice, chop and chiffonade in this EXTREMELY hands-on (and hopefully fingers on) intensive training. Cooks of all levels will benefit from this fundamental course. This includes two drinks AFTER we put the knives away, and a light meal made with the veggies you've cut!
Saturday Apr 6th, 10am - 12pm
This class is all about balancing salty, sweet, and funky to make some of the most crave-able Vietnamese dishes. Plus: the least stressful, most crowd-pleasing, ugly-delicious dessert you've probably never heard of. This menu is not suitable for vegetarians.
Tuesday Mar 5th, 7pm - 9pm
Tastings of more than 10 classic cocktails, plus your own creations, with a light snack. Students will learn about base spirits, balancing flavors, playing with sweetness and bitterness, and how to shake, strain, and stir like a pro!
