School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

Hi! Does everybody actually mix/make their own pie crust from scratch during the class?

Hi Christina! The class includes, but is not limited to: mixing a pie dough by hand and then using the dough to shape and assemble crostata and galette.

The classs was expertly given by Dawn.It was like you were in your own kitchen baking with friends. The result of the pies making on Saturday morning was a hit.I enjoyed the class.
