What you'll learn in this pie class:

Just in time for the holidays! Come join us for a hands-on class in the fundamentals of seasonal pies. This two hour class will be taught by one of our experienced bakers who will instruct you on a creating a simple multipurpose dough and unique seasonal pie recipes to please every palate. 

Whether you would like to learn new baking skills or just spend an enjoyable afternoon or evening in the bakery; Thanksgiving Pies is the perfect opportunity to do so. 

At the end of class, you will leave the bakery with your own handmade pie dough, and three full-size 8″ pies to bake at home and share with friends and family. Making a fresh pie couldn’t be easier.
School Notes:
Upon arrival, please be seated in the area marked “RESERVED FOR BAKING CLASS” that is directly outside of the classroom. The Instructor will gather all students when the class is to begin. Please do not walk into the classroom until called.

- At least two weeks withdrawal notice required for full refund. 

- Class credit will be issued for any notice given 4-13 days before the scheduled class date (students can attend class at a later date when there is space available).

- No refund or credit for notice given 72 hours or less before scheduled class date.
